Rindlehaven
Overview
Rindlehaven, a mixed-use Planned Unit Development (PUD), was designed to be a great place for families to live with access to both Grand Rapids and Lansing. A commercial core, open spaces, parks, and trail systems are among the amenities that Rindlehaven offers to residents.
Project Information
Mixed-use residential options included single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, assisted living, and senior housing. The development continues the city’s historical NE – SW grid coordination, which provides a unique perspective of the I-96 corridor. Rindlehaven is an example of form-based code-guided development as the PUD is linked to a pattern book.
