About Our Firm
Mansfield Land Consultants was founded on the premise of providing services to design and permit land use developments strictly for the private Sector.
While most maintain a substantial portion of their work working for municipalities, we work for the developer and are your committed ally in the process. The 1% of our work done for municipalities or other quasi-governmental entities is done cooperatively for community benefit, such as affordable housing networks, emergency services, etc., which in turn benefits our clients.

Mansfield Land Use Consultants help clients achieve their goals and objectives by visually communicating their vision and then integrating reality. We assist clients in understanding and focusing on the opportunities and restrictions surrounding a specific parcel or development early in the discussion.

Our team is continually posed throughout the evolution process - “Could you live there?”, “Could you work there?” or conversely - “Would you want to reside near there?”. The company is founded on very simple principles; Client Service, Passion, and Professionalism.
Finally, we believe that if a land use is truly right for the land and community, there is always a path, a creative solution, over the regulatory and political hurdles to facilitate implementation.
By offering five different in-house disciplines, we can scale our services alongside the growth of our clients and the process of approval.
Our team includes experienced civil engineers, land surveyors, planners, landscape architects, and architects. Each discipline works as a cohesive unit to manage the project lifecycle from initial feasibility through design, permitting, and construction completion.
