Overview
Mansfield Land Use Consultants provided site planning, engineering and landscape architecture services for Indigo Bluffs RV Park & Resort. Site planning included the reception building, pool and individual RV site plans with permanent cabana structures.
Project Information
Engineering services included a new storm water system, new sanitary and construction supervision. Full landscape architecture plans included a new water feature, relocation of dozens of native maple trees, and entrance signage and landscaping. Additionally, the Engineering and Landscape Architecture Departments collaborated on the design and construction of an engineered wetlands de-nitrification system.
