The Depot Neighborhood was a Habitat for Humanity, single-family home, affordable housing project within the city limits of Traverse City. Mansfield Land Use Consultants’ Planning Department focused on developing a pocket neighborhood by incorporating open spaces and pedestrian crosswalks through the development.
Additionally, this project included a collaborative effort with the City of Traverse City for the re-construction of Station Street. MLUC provided engineering, design, permitting, and survey services.
